There is no single provider of medical care called “Suite Life.” Each Suite Life branded medical practice (each, an “Affiliated Practice”) is owned and operated by a licensed physician. Sweet Life Health & Wellness, LLC. (“SLHW”) provides administrative and business support services, including the licensing of the name “Suite Life,” to its Affiliated Practices. SLHW does not own or operate the Affiliated Practices, nor employ or in any way supervise the medical professionals providing care. Control over the care provided is the sole responsibility of each Affiliated Practice and the health professionals they employ. The legal name of each Affiliated Practice is identified at the practice site. The term “Suite Life” as used throughout this website, depending upon the context, may refer to SLHW (but not as to the actual provision of health care), to one or more Affiliated Practices, or to both.
